Group Classes

Developing body intelligence begins with paying attention — noticing our body, our posture, how we move, where we hold tension, and the state of mind which may be limiting us.

Baseline is a series of classes that aim at exploring our own body intelligence through different mindful approaches.

Classes go beyond posture exercises and mobility drills, building on Iyengar-style therapeutic asana practice, different movement modalities, mindfulness, and explorations of Yoga philosophy and Buddhist traditions.

At the end, it's all about refining the connection with your body. These classes bring different approaches together, offering tools to better understand and care for the body you have — so you can move, rest and participate more fully in the things you enjoy.

Through careful observation of biomechanics, alignment, props and individual modifications, we investigate how a posture works, what it asks of the body, and how it can be adapted to different needs and abilities.

Explore the practices

An Iyengar-style approach exploring how asanas influence the body and posture.

Rather than focusing on achieving a particular shape, the emphasis is on understanding the relationship with the posture.

Whether you're new to asana, an experienced practitioner, or a teacher wanting to refine your understanding of postures, this is an opportunity to explore the foundations of mindful practice.

Beginner-friendly. No previous experience or flexibility required.

Asana Lab

Animal Flow explores movement beyond familiar patterns, developing coordination, strength, mobility and a greater understanding of how the body works as a whole.

A dynamic, whole-body movement practice built around quadrupedal movement — moving on the hands and feet — alongside transitions, mobility exercises and flowing sequences.

Expect a physically demanding session that challenges you to move in new ways, explore your capacity and build confidence through movement.

Beginner-friendly. Come ready to move, and bring a towel.

Animal Flow

Movement · Coordination · Strength

Using props we create the conditions to settle into postures without forcing or chasing a stretch.

A slow, restorative practice drawing on Iyengar-style alignment principles and supported, Yin-inspired postures.

This practice is an opportunity to slow down and explore the relationship between alignment, relaxation and awareness. It can complement more active training, support recovery, or simply offer time to turn inward and rest.

Align & Relax

Recovery · Softening · Presence

Beginner-friendly. Suitable for active people, yoga practitioners and anyone looking for a slower, supportive practice.

We explore the foundations of a meditation practice, learning how to sit, how to work with attention and develop concentration.

A practical introduction to seated meditation, drawing on insights from Yoga philosophy and Buddhist traditions without requiring adherence to any particular belief system.

With patience, kindness and consistency, meditation becomes an opportunity to understand ourselves more intimately and develop a steadier relationship with the changing experiences of everyday life.
